After many months without, i decided to make my favorite dish - chicken curry with rice & potatoes, all from scratch. It's cooking at the moment, second to last leg before i add the potatoes and boil the rice. Yum

I love to cook and eat. My mrs. is a damn good cook. No idea what she has in store tonight. Something good I hope.

A couple of weeks ago I bought ten pounds of pork spare ribs. It appears that 4 pigs were involved in this.
I cooked them in the oven covered with basil, black pepper, green bell pepper, fresh tomatoes and some spaghetti sauce and baked them in the oven for several hours
I was only able to eat half of it. I have never bought these before and will likely not buy them again. They tasted okay, but they are a hell of a lot of trouble to eat.

I didn't cook them all at once, and I ate less than half of the part I did cook. They gave me gas too. I had some shrimp earlier.
