But the kind of jazz music I like is the one that has zero vocals and a lot of saxophone...I mean a lot of sax. Something about the saxophone that gravitates my ears. Probably reminds of me a rainy day in Manhattan.....a long day after work... you're walking down the street you see a beautiful women, she smiles at you you smile back at her-there is a moment of bliss, relief, and just like that you pass by each other and it's over. That probably made no sense , but than again music has different meaning to all of us. Any recommendations in terms of artists?

Sure, i can think of a few that would fit the bill
(in no particulat order)
Lester Young Ike Quebek Hank Mobely Dexter Gordon
all are amazing, beautiful artists
there are loads man i love the sax too, could give you loads of names, but these guys are a great place to start, and are full of soul, and dont play millions of unnecessary notes, they simply ooze music
